This lesson was first published as part of Life Book 2017 and is now available as a stand alone class!

I encourage you to ‘give your story over to wisdom’. :) The idea being that you hand over the story/ issue you’re grappling with to your higher inner wisdom. Allow your conscious self to let go of the story for a while, surrender to ‘how it is’ and allow your higher self to send you some gentle, compassionate messages.

We will create a beautiful trusted elephant friend (the elephant is a muse of mine) :) You could choose a different animal/ object/ person/ figure or other shape/ something abstract. Or you can do an elephant too, of course. :)
