Join me while I create another double spread in my art journal!

June 8, 2021/ By: tomdoidge/ Topic: art journal

I’m excited as I’ve just uploaded another new episode of ‘Finish a Journal’ on my youtube channel! I made it to episode 6, which is quite a big feat for me as I don’t often manage to keep going on my own youtube series, ha ha.

In this video, I fill up another double spread in my art journal (getting me closer to my goal of finishing one of my journals!) by taking on a fun challenge of ‘drawing another artist’s painting in my style’.

The ‘Draw This in Your Style’ challenge is something that has been going round on Instagram for a while now. I’ve been wanting to take part for a looong time now, but never had the time! It was super fun to do this challenge, this is what I drew/ painted:

To see the image that inspired it, come watch my video (for free!) on youtube here.

I also show you some new abstracts I’ve been working on (teeny bit obsessed with abstracts at the moment).

Hope you enjoy the video and that it inspires you to create! Thanks for checking it out, commenting, liking and subscribing! I always so appreciate your support.

Sending much love and creative blessings your way!

Much love
Tam x

Join the Monthly ATC Swap

We are running monthly ATC Swaps in the Willowing & Friends Facebook Group! Many of you have loved swapping your mini art with others. If you’d like to join the ATC Swaps, you’ll need to be a member of the W&F FB group (pls bear with us as we manually approve new members). The theme this month is: ‘Blue‘. If you want to join, please first join the group and then join the swap HERE. Please only join the swaps if you’re able to commit. It can be upsetting for your partner if they have sent out ATCs but don’t get any in return. Thanks for understanding!
