Hello spark of the universe,
First up, I know I’ve not sent a love note in a while, so let me remind, right now, of your innate beauty, strength, courage, bright shining light. Yes, you are and have all that. You are a shining bright star beyond measure.
Doesn’t always feel like that, I know, and particularly now that we are experiencing a super moon which apparently comes with all sorts of moon flares and energetic spikes of I don’t know what, we might feel more irritable, stuck, emotional.
Don’t let that distract you from the fact that deep inside of you is an ocean of bright beautiful stillness and majesty. Become still, ground, centre back to that place and breathe. Your light never goes away.

Hello from England, it’s still hot! :) But we got ourselves a pool this weekend and so now we can cool off if the heat becomes too much for us! :)
